Services Provided Alexandra Build Co provides: Residential design-build services Cabinetry and countertop supply Remodeling and renovation services Project consultation and estimating All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and written agreement. 2. Estimates & Quotes All quotes and estimates are non-binding until accepted in writing. Pricing is valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Material costs are subject to change due to market conditions. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, changes, or unforeseen issues. 3. Project Agreements A signed contract and deposit are required before any work begins. Scope of work is defined in the project agreement. Any additional work must be approved through a written change order. 4. Payments Payment schedules will be outlined in each contract. Late payments may result in: Project delays Suspension of work Additional fees Client agrees to pay all agreed amounts for completed work and ordered materials. 5. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to: Provide accurate project information Ensure job site accessibility and readiness Approve selections in a timely manner Provide access to utilities as needed Delays caused by the client may impact schedule and cost. 6. Materials & Installation Materials are ordered based on client-approved selections. Once ordered, materials may be non-refundable. Natural variations in materials (wood grain, stone, color tone) are normal and not considered defects. 7. Scheduling & Delays Project timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to: Weather Material availability Subcontractor scheduling Unforeseen site conditions The Company is not liable for delays outside its control. 8. Warranty Workmanship warranty: 1 year, unless otherwise stated Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and products Warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear Misuse or neglect Modifications by others 9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: Alexandra Build Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services 10. Website Use By using our website, you agree: Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site Not to submit false or misleading information That all content is the property of Alexandra Build Co 11. Marketing & Communications By submitting your information, you agree to receive: Calls, emails, and text messages related to your inquiry or project You may opt out at any time. 12. Cancellation Cancellation terms will be outlined in individual contracts Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun 13.
